Our 30-day happiness promise

Digital files can’t be returned, but we want every family to be happy. If a file doesn’t open, prints incorrectly, or the product is clearly not what the page described, write to support@cadomalo.com within 30 days of purchase.

What we’ll do

First we’ll try to fix it — a new file, a different paper size or help with printing. If we can’t, we’ll refund you in full to your original payment method within 14 days.

What isn’t covered

Change of mind after downloading, printing issues caused by your printer settings once we’ve helped you, or files bought on Etsy (please contact us through Etsy for those).
