What we collect

When you order or subscribe, we collect your name, email address, billing country and order details. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

Why we use it

To deliver your downloads, answer your messages, prevent fraud, meet our accounting obligations and — only if you opt in — send our newsletter.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers who help us run the shop: hosting, payment, email delivery and analytics. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as the law requires for accounting (usually 10 years). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to support@cadomalo.com. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.

Children

Our products are for children, but our shop is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
