Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made on cadomalo.com from Fokebo LLC (“Cadomalo”). By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products

Cadomalo sells digital products: illustrated PDF books, printable activities and digital design files (such as tumbler wraps). No physical item is shipped. Product pages describe file formats, sizes and languages.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the English site and in euros on the French site, including applicable taxes. Payment is taken at checkout by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Klarna through our secure payment provider.

4. Delivery

Your download links are displayed right after payment and sent to your email address. Links stay active for 12 months; write to us if you need them resent.

5. Licence

Books and printables are licensed for personal and household use, and for use within one classroom. Tumbler wraps are licensed for personal use, or for up to 200 finished items with the small-business licence. Reselling, sharing or redistributing the files themselves is not allowed.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content, you agree at checkout that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is available. Our 30-day happiness promise still applies — see the Refunds page.

7. Discount codes

One discount code per order. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may have an expiry date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
