These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("customer," "you") and Fokebo LLC ("Cadomalo," "we," "us"), a company incorporated in Delaware, USA. By accessing cadomalo.com, browsing products, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.
If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order on cadomalo.com. By using our site, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders or close accounts if we discover this condition has not been met.
Cadomalo offers three main product categories, each with different policies:
These are items customized with your name, text, image, or other personal details (e.g., engraved gifts, custom-printed apparel, monogrammed items). Because these products are made specifically for you:
Standard physical items without customization may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. See our full Return & Refund Policy.
Digital downloads (printable files, templates, digital artwork, etc.) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as they cannot be "returned."
All prices on cadomalo.com are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.
Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where:
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. We will notify you by email.
Once a personalized order enters production, it generally cannot be cancelled. For non-personalized orders, cancellation may be possible before shipment — email hello@cadomalo.com as quickly as possible.
We accept payment via Stripe (credit and debit cards) and PayPal. Both processors are PCI DSS compliant, meaning your payment information is handled according to the highest industry security standards. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. You authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — they are not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to production times (especially for personalized items), carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers. For lost packages, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
When you submit personalization content — including text, names, images, logos, or other material — you confirm that:
You agree to indemnify and hold Fokebo LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from personalization content you provide.
All content on cadomalo.com — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, product photography, product designs, text, and software — is the exclusive property of Fokebo LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on cadomalo.com without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (such as saving an image for yourself) is permitted; any other use requires our express permission.
If you create an account on cadomalo.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@cadomalo.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Cadomalo.com and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Product colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to display settings — this does not constitute a defect.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fokebo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) cadomalo.com or our products.
In any case, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions (including certain EU member states) do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of cadomalo.com that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or by telephone/video at your election. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You and Cadomalo agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to bring or participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the right to bring disputes before the courts of your country of residence. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. EU mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence are not affected by these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of cadomalo.com after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
