Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:
- Customers may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Products must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Customized items are eligible for refunds or exchanges only if there are defects or errors on our part.
- To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, details of the item, and the reason for the refund/exchange request.
- Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If approved for an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Cadomalo will be responsible of the shipping cost of damaged articles or in case of mistakes on our part.
- The customer will be responsible in case the article has no damage or mistake.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for items lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
