- You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We also print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns/refunds with that inquiry because most of these items are made specifically for you.
- You have requested a return after 7 days of receiving your package
- The exchange item is a different print or style than the original item

REFUSED PACKAGES
- If you refuse a shipment from CADOMALO you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, that are incurred on the package, and the cost of return to our office. If any of these fees are incurred, the amount will be deducted from your return amount.
- Refused packages will be processed as returns with 70% restocking fee or re-shipped back to the customer.

Android phone： In the condition of controller off,hold on pressing X + Home key for 5 seconds,Long press key combination for 5 seconds,four led lights on the handle is in a flash state,turn on cell phone for bluetooth search,to find the corresponding device, and then click on the matching connection.
Ios phone： In the condition of controller off,hold on pressing Y + Home key for 5 seconds,Long press key combination for 5 seconds,four led lights on the handle is in a flash state,turn on cell phone for bluetooth search,to find the corresponding device, and then click on the matching connection.
PC or TV box: Insert receiver in to USB port, In the condition of controller off,hold on pressing Select + Home key for 5 seconds,it will be automatically connect. cable connection,hold on START button can directly connect to computer via usb cable.

Q:Why the controller can’t play XXX games?
A:These games themselves do not support our game devices. You need to download a third-party handle button mapping tool, or download the corresponding game through the handle game platform APP in order to play with the handle. Each country has its own more suitable handle game platform APP, please Google it yourself.
Q:Why the controller can’t charge?
A:Friend,if the gamepad can’t charge,please try to change a USB cable or use Charger head to charge the gamepad,if still no use ,please contact our customer service ,we will help you!
Q:How to test whether the handle works normally?
A:You need to connect to a computer for detection. After connecting to the computer, open [Device and Print], find the icon of the game controller in the [Device] column, right-click, select [Game Controller Settings] in the menu, and then click the [Properties] button , Under the [Test] tab, we can test whether the buttons of the handle work normally.
Q:Can this controller be used for PUBG, Fortnite,Free Fire and so on?

Q:Why i only receive a controller,no adapter or holder?
A:please confirm that you have bought with the controller holder and adapter version in your order, because the controller holder and adapter is optional, not all orders have it.Then, if you already confirm the order, you already buy the controller holder and adapters, but we not send it to you, please contact our customer service, we will resend or refund you.
