ACCEPTED REASONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- A CHANGE IN SIZE
- RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM
- RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF:
- You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We also print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns/refunds with that inquiry because most of these items are made specifically for you.
- You have requested a return after 7 days of receiving your package
- The exchange item is a different print or style than the original item
- The item(s) have been worn or washed
- The item(s) have been altered in any way
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item
REFUSED PACKAGES
- If you refuse a shipment from CADOMALO you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, that are incurred on the package, and the cost of return to our office. If any of these fees are incurred, the amount will be deducted from your return amount.
- Refused packages will be processed as returns with 70% restocking fee or re-shipped back to the customer.

Q: Age and weight for this hipseat?
A: Sunveno hipseat is suitable for baby who is 0-36 months, 0-20kg. But the best use age ranges from 4 months to 1.5 years old. As most babies start to sit straight alone when they are 4months. When babies are 1.5 years old, sole carrier can be used without straps.

Q: A maximum size belt?
A: Generally the wait belts can fit for moms or daddies whose waist line is within 80cm-110cm. It means most customers can wear it.
Q: The original box will come?
A: Default shipping pack from China is plastic bubble bag, so that to decrease shipping cost and offer customers best price. But pls don’t worry, delivery baby carrier is safe and sound with plastic bubble bag as it is safe and well sealed.
