ACCEPTED REASONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- A CHANGE IN SIZE
- RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM
- RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF:
- You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We also print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns/refunds with that inquiry because most of these items are made specifically for you.
- You have requested a return after 7 days of receiving your package
- The exchange item is a different print or style than the original item
- The item(s) have been worn or washed
- The item(s) have been altered in any way
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item
REFUSED PACKAGES
- If you refuse a shipment from CADOMALO you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, that are incurred on the package, and the cost of return to our office. If any of these fees are incurred, the amount will be deducted from your return amount.
- Refused packages will be processed as returns with 70% restocking fee or re-shipped back to the customer.

How to use the hair brush？
Straightening operation:
1. Separate the hair. Hold and tighten the hair roots, and put the prepared hair into the comb.
2. Lay down slowly from the root to the tip, repeat the action until you want to straighten your hair.
Curling operation:
1. Make the appearance, punch the hair with your hands, slowly roll it around the comb, stay at the end of the hair for 3-5 seconds, and repeat this action 3 times.
2. To make an involute shape, hold the hair with your hand, slowly roll inward at the end of the comb for 3-5 seconds, and repeat this action 3 times.
3. After finishing the styling, press the power button to turn off the brush.
